Jan Smithers (born July 3, 1949) is an American actress best known for her role as <a href="https://www.wikiwhat.page/kavramlar/Bailey%20Quarters" target="_blank">Bailey Quarters</a> on the CBS sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati (1978–1982).

Born in Berkeley, California, Smithers began her career as a model before transitioning into acting. She appeared in commercials and guest spots on television shows before landing her breakthrough role on WKRP in Cincinnati.
